- Baked brownies
- frozen fruit slices (perferrably peaches, strawberries, raseberries, blueberries and apples)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- a pinch of cinnamon
Preheat your frying pan at a medium to high temperature. Lightly grease the pan with butter for extra flavour. When the pan is hot, pour in sugar, vanilla, & cinnamon. Stir moderately. When the mixture is caramelized, pour in desired amount of your choice of frozen fruit. Fry until fruit is tender and well smothered in the syrup. Meanwhile, cut your preferred size of brownie. When your fruit is done, pour onto brownie and serve with vanilla ice cream. Other alternatives of the brownie would include: pancakes, waffles or crepes. Enjoy!
